The regular meeting of MALS…The Association for Legal Professionals will be held on MONDAY, MAY 17, 2010 at 12:00 noon at the Farmer’s Market Cafe, 315 N. McDonough Street. Janet Y. Buskey, Montgomery County Revenue Commissioner, will speak to us about Tax Sales/Redemption/Getting the Final Deed. Paralegals, legal secretaries, and other legal staff are welcome to attend. Buy your lunch; 1/2 hour of CLE free. CLE not available for attorneys.

Legal Professionals Week 2010

MALS will host Legal Professionals Week March 15-19, 2010. There will be three events. On Monday, March 15th, there will be a Lunch N’ Learn which is open to all legal secretaries, paralegals and other legal staff; on Wednesday, March 17th we will host Coffee with the Judges, an event during which attorneys and judges have a time for fellowship; and on Thursday, March 18th we will have our Awards Luncheon and 50th Anniversary Celebration.
